10 a.m. Castle Menzies and shop open.

10 a.m. Meet at Crannog Centre, Kenmore.

 1.30 p.m. Golf Tournament, Kenmore Golf Club.
     Tee off 2.00 p.m. Golf clubs and trolleys may be hired at the club.
     Please arrange prior to game.

 2.00 p.m. Scottish Country Dance Lessons
    Mainly for children, though if there are enough interest from adults another class can be arranged.
    Taught by Graham McCarty

 2.30 p.m. Meet at Castle for Weem Rock Walk. (1 hour)

 7.00 p.m. Castle open.

 7.30 p.m. Reception and Welcome Drinks in Dining Hall.
    Sparkling wine and soft drinks.

 8.00 p.m. Clan Supper  in the Dewar Room.
     Menu: 3 Course buffet of selected Scottish fayre.
     Seating informal.
     Wine may be bought before before and during supper.
     Beer may be offered for sale.
     Please note that smoking is prohibited by law throughout the Castle.

9.00 a.m. Book signing by James McCarthy author of "Monkey Puzzle Man - Archibald Menzies, Plant Hunter" Copies of his book are available from the Castle shop.

10.00 a.m. Castle Menzies and shop open.

10.00 a.m. Annual General Meeting in the Dewar Room.

11.30 a.m. Snack Lunch in Dewar Room.

12.30 p.m. Clan March to Weem.

 1.30 p.m. Assemble for March at Highland Games Opening
     Please remember to wear some tartan.

 8.00 p.m. Castle Menzies and bar open.

 8.30 p.m. Clan Ceilidh in the Dewar Room 'til Midnight.
     Featuring The Gallivanters.

Sunday 10th August 2008

10.00 a.m. Service in Weem Parish Church

10.30 a.m. Castle Menzies and shop open to members

12.00 p.m. Forum at Castle with refreshments

 5.00 p.m. Castle Menzies closes


The Menzies Mausoleum will be open in Weem Old Kirk on Saturday 9th - Sunday 10th August 2008.
