Thursday 9th

Clan Society Supper
To be held in the garden at rear of the Castle (or inside if wet/cold).
An informal supper with an opportunity to socialise with other Clan Society members, local Menzies families and neighbours from the area around the Castle. |
Friday 10th
| 9.00 am |
Historical Coach Tour based around the 1689 Battle of Killikrankie with commentary from Tom Pringle including the Foss graveyard, Loch Tummel, Queens' View, Pitlochry, Killikrankie Battlefield where Menzies fought on both sides of defeated Jacobites, Dunkeld (if time). Length of tour approx. 3.5 hours including a stop. Starts and ends at Castle Menzies.

Historical Guided Walk (approx. one hour) in the land around the Castle. If good weather then up the Weem Rock, a steep climb! If wet weather then a walk to and by River Tay. Meet outside Castle Menzies. Guided by a very knowledgable local historian.

8th Menzies Clan Golf Tournament, Kenmore Golf Club. Meet at Kenmore Golf Club Pro Shop at 1.30pm. Tee off at 2.00 pm. Golf clubs and trolleys may be hired at the Club. Please arrange prior to game.
